SUNDAY SWEAT SESSION

I LOVE Sundays because I use this day to organise myself for the week ahead. I look over my schedule, organise my fittings and appointments and also book all of my workouts in for the week, which is why I love to do a big training session on Sunday morning so it sets the tone for the week!

My trainer, Dan Adair, has got me in to a solid routine Monday to Friday. Sometimes we train together and other days Dan focuses in one on one sessions to challenge and push my limits.

Dan composes all of my workouts for the week. Below is one that we completed together, its a great session to do with a friend or a group of people!

SWEAT SESSION:

To warm up spend 5 minutes on the cross trainer or rower.

For this workout I used a 16KG kettle Bell and Dan, 32KG. This is just a guide, please ensure you use a weight that you are comfortable and able to complete the workout with.

10 Goblet Squats

10 Burpees

1 Minute break

X 5 rounds

10 Lunges

10 Burpees

1 Minute break

X 5 rounds

10 KB swings

10 Burpees

1 Minute break

X 5 Rounds

Then to finish off

20 Sit Ups

20 Deadball Slams

X 5 Rounds
