Today I was sore. I did some boxing with Lauryn Eagle on Tuesday at her gym & she killed me. It was great to try something new and change it up. Lauryn is a professional boxer, I loved working on technique and her training method is full of energy and enthusiasm.
Dan and I trained together today, we did a 30 minute sweat session and ended it with some abs but I was hungry so I rushed through abs so I could go grab some lunch... (oops)
