QUICK CARDIO BLAST - NO GYM REQUIRED!

Im often looking for workouts I can do in my lounge or hotel room. I've taken this one from pro Boxer Lauryn Eagle. You can do this absolutely anywhere, all you need is a pair of dumb bells (I used 1.5kg). I usually do this one when I come home from a run or I start my workout with it in the gym.

30 secs Non stop straight punches

10 Burpees

30 Secs non stop uppercuts

9 Burpees

30 sec no stop punches high in the air above your head

8 Burpees

 30 secs Non stop straight punches

7 Burpees

30 Secs non stop uppercuts

6 Burpees

30 sec no stop punches high in the air above your head

5 Burpees

30 secs Non stop straight punches

4 Burpees

30 Secs non stop uppercuts

3 Burpees

30 sec no stop punches high in the air above your head

2 Burpees

30 secs Non stop straight punches

1 Burpee

Make sure you punch as quick as you can. Slightly squat when you are punching and remember to engage your core! It is honestly hell and your arms will be screaming for you to stop. This is a mild form of torture...Lauryn destroyed me with a 17 minute version of this in one of our first sessions together, this is a moderated version for you.
