THE AB ROUTINE YOU NEED TO ADD TO YOUR WORKOUT - By Lauryn Eagle

Lauryn Eagle has killer abs!! At the end of every boxing session with her she ALWAYS makes me finish with a core workout, no matter how tired I am or how hard I went during the session she always loves to throw on a bit of torture at the end.

As much as I may not want to do it, it only takes one look at Lauryn and her killer core to get me motivated and moving!

Need anymore convincing? Nope. Neither do I, so lets get down to business:

AB ROUTINE:

Please note, this is the advanced version. For beginners, only do 20 reps.

40  Leg throw downs with a partner or sturdy pole.

40 Crunches - Wrist to knee

 

40 Sit ups into stand ups

40 Incline sit ups done on a bench. If you don't have a bench just do normal crunches.

40 Russian Twists with a medicine ball

40 Med Ball throws with a partner (make sure you link legs and pass med ball to eachother). Do this with a weight that challenges you!

X 3 Rounds

Don't think you are finished yet!! Super set your ab routine with this:

1 min plank for advanced .30 second plank for beginners

Side plank. 1 min each side for advanced, 30 seconds each side for beginners.

1 Min Boat sit, 30 seconds for beginners. Simply hold the position below:

10 slow bicycles, followed by 10 fast bicycles. 

Then repeat this entire routine 3 times!
