Maybe I'm a little crazy but I kinda love being sore the day after a workout. It means I have worked muscles that needed to be worked and I challenged myself in my session.
I haven't done any ab specific workouts in ages so at the end of my weights session with my trainer Dan, at 98 Riley St today, he added this little beauty. I cannot wait to feel it in my core tomorrow!!
THE 6 MIN AB ROUTINE:
30 secs full sit ups with straight hands
30 secs leg raises
30 secs mountain climbers (really quick)
30 second full body plank with straight arms
Rest 30-60 secs
REPEAT 3 TIMES
