The past 2 days have been crazy busy and I had some car troubles so could't get to the gym! I didn't want to miss out on a workout though so I did this little routine in my lounge room to make up for not being at the gym.
You can do this anywhere; the park, hotel or your bedroom. No equipment is needed so there are zero excuses!
30 tuck jumps
50 high knees
30 squat jumps
15 single leg raises
30 sec plank beginners 1 min plank for more of a challenge
25 jump lunges
30 side leg raises (15 each leg)
30 mountain climbers
X 2 -3 rounds
